Data Entry
 The
payroll data entry screen enables for the input of time records. Time entries
may be entered on a detail (hourly, daily, etc) or as a group. Two employee
search methods are provided for assisting the operator in finding employee
numbers. (wide list view and employee alphabetic. Standard entries allows for
the retrieving of previous entered time records. Optional time clocks can be
used as a method to collect time data. Data from time clocks is received and
ready for editing. |
 The
payroll time edit list is used to verify or proof the entered data. |
