Each time record entered is
displayed in the sequence that it was entered. Three time entries are provided
for each line item. If more than three entries are required, enter a new time
record. Time records may be entered for the complete pay period or on a timely
basis. Time records will be combined into one check by employee id and check
number. The bottom part of the screen displays all entered items. By selecting
(left clicking) the line item, the item is displayed in the upper part of the
screen ready for editing.
